01.com Affiliate Program Summary
The global 01.com Affiliate Program was established to reward existing clients for recommending us for Zimbra hosting and other Zimbra-related services, including and not limited to
Zimbra licensing. You must be a customer of 01.com in good standing to participate in the 01.com Affiliate Program. There are two classifications within the Program: Referrers and
Resellers. Applicants are first accepted as Referrers.
Referrers can earn one-time pay-outs for recommending 01.com services, for example, $10 for a personal Zimbra hosting account, $25 for a business Zimbra hosting account. On the other
hand, Resellers are commonly technology consulting professionals who may regularly recommend business, and work with 01.com to support Zimbra services.
Resellers have the opportunity to earn recurring commissions. Once accepted as a Reseller, Resellers are further classified as Level 1 or Level 2 based on actual sales volume, and may
achieve Level 3 upon demonstrating the consistently high level of both Zimbra support expertise and responsiveness we expect from our own team members.

01.com Affiliate Program Reseller Requirements
Organizations & individuals may be accepted as a Reseller who meet minimum criteria:
1. Paid 01.com Zimbra hosting account or Zimbra license bought through 01.com; and
2. referred/resold at least 2 discrete clients representing a minimum of 50 total mailboxes
A Paypal account for payments is also required. Commissions are provided automatically on a one-time and also on a recurring basis, based on the Affiliate Level. Commissions are not
limited just to the hosting environment. 01.com also may pay commissions on dedicated hosting, professional services, server care, and even Zimbra licenses.
01.com Affiliate Program Administration
Most of the 01.com Affiliate Program is entirely automated. Your referrals click on a link on your website to associate themselves with you, purchase services from our website, and you
receive monthly payments via paypal, with reporting and resources available here through your secure Affiliate Portal. We have a variety of resources available to affiliates, including
custom graphics and banners, and access to a dedicated Channel Manager. The Channel Manager is available to help deliver priority sales support, answer questions about the program, and
advocate as needed for you and your customers.
All Affiliate Program participants start as Referrers, and the Channel Manager approves those Referrers who qualify and express the desire to become Resellers, as Level 1, Level 2, or
Level 3, corresponding to the level of sales success, and for Level 3, also the level of Zimbra expertise and value-added services the prospective Reseller contributes to 01.com Zimbra
